Thank you for choosing Acme Designer Toys. Our creations are high-end art collectibles—each piece is produced in limited runs and crafted with intention and detail. Because of their nature, our return policy is designed to maintain the integrity and value of each item.

All Sales Final
All purchases on AcmeDesignerToys.com are final. Most of our figures are limited edition, hand-finished, and curated for the collector market. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders are for items currently in production and are subject to change in availability and dates. These items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once ordered.

Defective Item Policy
If your Acme piece arrives with a significant manufacturing defect (for example: broken sculpture, missing component, or major damage from shipping) please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide your name, order number, photographs of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the submission and, if approved, offer one of the following:

Exchange for the same item (if available)

Alternate item of comparable value


Store credit for a future purchase


Please note: we cannot guarantee replacement of a specific blind-box figure if it was purchased blind-boxed. Packaging condition does not qualify as a manufacturing defect unless it affects the product itself.

Apparel & Accessory Exchanges (if applicable)
Acme Apparel Returns
All apparel and accessories are made to order by our production partner, Printful. We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, defective, or damaged during shipping. If you experience an issue, contact us at support@acmedesignertoys.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Please note: Exchanges or returns for size or preference are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email our Customer Support team at support@acmedesignertoys.com with your name, order number, and photos (for defective items).

If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for packaging and shipment.

Package the item securely (please use a shipping box—cartons not intended for mailing may be refused). Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps.

Please note: returns sent without a valid RAN, or items not meeting condition guidelines (unused, original packaging, tags, etc.), may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.
